Scott’s life work has been intergenerational, masculine, discipleship. This passion was developed as early as age 10 when his Dad started a Royal Rangers Outpost in Trenton, Michigan. Scott was very active in this until 1999 when he became active in Christian Service Brigade (CSB).

In 1999, a third path developed. He was asked to serve on the Board of Directors for CSB Ministries in 2009 then felt the call to accept the full-time position of Regional in 2010. In 2015 Scott was selected as President of CSB Ministries.

Scott has three sons and one daughter. Still active at his local church speaks regularly at men’s breakfasts, events, and Iron Sharpens Iron men’s conferences, and is working on becoming an Adirondack 46er.
